It is very important to us at GiftsAfter.Life that you love your purchase.

We at GiftsAfter.Life will do our utmost to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible plus to keep you in the loop with tracking details for you to track as well if you wish.

Once your order is confirmed with payment received, we will endeavour to ship your purchase out the same day or the next day from our Brisbane Warehouse. We do have additional warehousing throughout South East Asia to fulfil orders for other regions.

 

WHY WE DON’T DO FREE SHIPPING

The only thing we love more than our happy customers, is free shipping.

That’s why, at GiftsAfter.Life, we don’t offer it.

Yeah, you read that right. We don’t do FREE SHIPPING!

It seems counterintuitive, but there’s a reason for our decision: We want the absolute best product pricing for you. And the truth is that “FREE” shipping isn’t really free.

Free shipping inflates the product price to cover most postcodes’ delivery costs – which means that you’re paying for everyone else’s additional shipping costs on top of your own.

When a company boasts about offering FREE SHIPPING, what they’re actually saying is that the cost of your product has been inflated to cover a majority of shipping cities, towns and postcodes.

We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to shipping costs, which is why we charge you only for freight to your own postcode location from the list of courier company we use. It might sound too good to be true – but just wait until you see our shipping prices based on your delivery postcode address at the time of Checkout!

 

Shipping Rates, Costs and Delivery Estimates.

Shipping Freight Costs for your purchases will be calculated and displayed at the point of checkout.

We allow our customers the choose the preferred shipping carriers based on the follow:

  • Product dimensions,
  • Product Weight,
  • Shipping Address,
  • And required delivery times.

 

What is the Cutoff Time?

Our customer cut-off time is the time of day that you need to complete your purchase in order to start the clock ticking. Orders placed after 12:00 am may incur a 24 hour freight forwarded pickup.

Our dispatch team work on a next day Handling Time frame for pick up.

 

What is the Handling Time?

The handling time is the number of business days it takes GiftsAfter.Life dispatch team to process your purchase order before the freight forwarder arrives to collect the packed parcel which can be the same day of your purchase order or the next day.

 

What is the Transit Time?

The transit time is the amount of time your product parcel is picked up from GiftsAfter.Life by the freight forwarded placed in transit before it arrives to you or you preferred destination.

 

Quick Guide for Australia & Worldwide Shipping.

Once your order is confirmed, orders are processed in a timely manner, same-day or dispatched out the next day after the payment verification has been approved by the 3rd party finance providers, typically AfterPay, Google Pay, PayPal, Stripe, or wizpay or other payment method.

We can only ship your purchase to approved confirmed order addresses. Your order address must match your shipping address.

Product Purchase Shipping Transit Times are all provided by the 3rd Party Freight Forwarders (Shipping Companies) at the time of collection from GiftsAfter.Life warehouses which excludes transit times for weekends and holidays. Transit time will, especially during the Sale and Holiday Season.

If you have not received your order after 60 days from payment, please contact GiftsAfter.Life to have a Customer Service Care Team member assist with your purchase. The Care Team will follow up with the Freight Forwarder to track your purchased order and get back to you as soon as possible.

How Orders Are Dispatched.

You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse which may take from One to Five business days depending on the complexity of your order and if the order is placed in a busy sale or festive seasonal time of year. If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received tracking information, please contact our Customer Service Care Team via this page.

GiftsAfter.Life uses a number of third-party freight forwarders for all Australian deliveries and for international orders.

The freight forwarder which GiftsAfter.Life would use is all dependent on your purchased items.

GiftsAfter.Life can choose from the following express shipping options: Australian Post, StarTrack, Sendle, Couriers Please, Aramex Australia (formerly Fastway Couriers), SEKO, TNT, TOLL, DHL, UPS, FedEx, EMS, e-EMS, ePacket, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Air Parcel, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, HongKong Post Air Mail, HongKong Post Air Parcel, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post, Russian Air, Special Line-YW, DHL Global Mail and S.F. Express etc.

 

Australia and International Shipment Delivery Zones.

GiftsAfter.Life ships predominately within Australia however we do ship to most destinations around the world via 3rd party shipping and logistic companies and other freight forwarders companies. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop-down menu. Please note that DHL exclusion countries are Ascension, Bovet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, China, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Johnston Island, Midway Island, Pitcairn, Russia, Tokelau, Tristan Da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Wake Island and Western Sahara. These countries orders will be sent by airmail. No tracking service is available to these destinations. Please allow up to 90 days for delivery of your order, GiftsAfter.Life does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is determined at the time of checkout per weight and order. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

At its absolute discretion, GiftsAfter.Life may elect to offer you a refund if you choose not pay any duties and taxes at the time of import. If we do, however, GiftsAfter.Life will deduct any customs fees that apply to the purchase paid by GiftsAfter.Life from the refund amount.

 

International Orders – are charged at different rates relating to the final country destination.

 

Duties And Taxes

GiftsAfter.Life does not include the duties and taxes at the customers country in the final purchase price of the product for international orders. These costs can be obtained from the customers (Your) countries local freight forward or customs offices directly for the customer final country destination. If an international order is rejected by the customer for the payment of duties and taxes at the time of shipment to the customer, GiftsAfter.Life will not pay for any duties and taxes to fulfil the order. We suggest you seek shipping advice for any duties and taxes for your country.

 

Cancellations And Order Amendments

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Changes to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing products
  • Applying discounts or rewards
  • Full order cancellations

 

Shipping Fees Are Not Refundable

Our returns policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.

In the event that an order from the GiftsAfter.Life Online Store to you the customer is not delivered due to fault of the courier company, it is the responsibility of GiftsAfter.Life to either replace the product(s), refund the customer in full, provide a credit on the GiftsAfter.Life Site or issue a Gift Card for the full amount depending on the original terms of sale.

In the scenario that a customer’s package is returned to GiftsAfter.Life is not delivered, it is the responsibility of the customer to accept any losses as a result of the lost package, therefore, it is essential that all returns are posted back to GiftsAfter.Life via registered post with tracking facilities to the GiftsAfter.Life return address.

Customer Guarantee and Returns

It is very important to us that you love your purchase. If it’s an actual manufacture default or if the product is faulty, simply NOTIFY our online team to organise a return of the product to our online team, along with a proof of purchase, for a full returns or exchange.

Returning A Purchase

For free post returns, contact our Customer Service Care Team to organise retuning a Purchase. Then, simply post the item by return mail with your invoice or receipt the address provide.

Upon receipt of your return, GiftsAfter.Life will process a credit note, refund or exchange, depending on what you require. Returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

Returns MUST BE RETURNED with 15 days from receipt of the goods.

 

Do you pay for my return shipping?

Please be advised that all postage and handling costs will be incurred by the purchaser. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. GiftsAfter.Life does not take any responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Terms and Conditions

  • Offer is not valid for new or existing lay-by purchases.
  • Offer does not apply to prior on-hold or prior customer orders.

All products on giftsafter.life and www.giftsafter.life store have been included in good faith on the basis that the goods as described will be available at the time of sale. Unforeseen supplier issues may result in some product lines not being delivered to GiftsAfter.Life distributions centres.

Photographed accessories are at an extra cost unless otherwise stated. Due to the different screen resolutions, colours may vary with different manufactures monitor resolutions that we are unable to rectify.
